Simple questionnaire to be prepared and distributed to all NSC members, as was done in 1999. Distribution before April 2001, compilation of results before June.

The NSC Executive Committe has agreed to help finance this event, originally planned to take place in Aarhus, Denmark, in November 2000. Now for practical reasons postponed until 2001.
