North Sea Festival in Vest-Agder in Norway, September 4 - 8, 2002

This is a festival for 300 youth from the regions round the North Sea: Scotland, England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway!

Cultural festivals for youth are nothing new, but this is the first time the North Sea Commission is hosting a festival. The festival will be a meeting place where youth from different countries can meet through different activities and performances.
