Practical information;
Southend on Sea Borough Council have rooms reserved at The Westcliff Hotel which is where the conference is being held. They have offered us a group rate of £75 per night bed and breakfast, inclusive of VAT and free wifi. In addition rooms have been reserved at the Park Inn, which is about 1.2km away from the conference venue.
