Two new Vice-Presidents
Cllr. Ole B. Sørensen (Region Nordjylland, Denmark) and Cllr. John Lamb (Southend, England) was elected as Vice-Presidents for the period 2011- 2013
Two new Vice-Chairs
- Cllr. Ben de Reu, (Provincie Zeeland) was elected as new Vice-Chair of the Sustainable Development group.
- Cllr. Peter Grant (Fife) was elected as new Vice-Chair of the Culture & Tourism group.
